| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨2型糖尿病病人钠-锂逆向转运(SLC)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系.方法:采用Canessa改良法测定红细胞SLC活性,化学免疫发光法测定胰岛素并计算外周胰岛素敏感指数(SI).结果:糖尿病组红细胞SLC较对照组明显增高,SLC活性增高(D-2)组的IRG显著高于SLC活性正常(D-1)组及对照组,D-2组SI低于D1组和对照组;SLC活性与胰岛素水平和血浆甘油三酯浓度呈正相关,与SI呈负相关.结论:SLC活性增强可能是糖尿病存在IR的一种反映.

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the relationship between sodium-lithium countertransport (SLC) activity in red blood cell and insulin resistance (IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Method of Canessa modification was used to determine the activity of SLC. Immunologic chemiluminescence was used to determine the level of insulin and the degree of peripheral sensitivity (SI). Results: The average SLC in patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly higher than that in healthy control. However, the SI of the patients with higher SLC activity was lower than that of group with normal SLC activity and healthy controls. The activity of SLC in patients was positively related with mean plasma insulin concentration and triglycerides level, and negatively related with the SI. Conclusion: The increased SLC activity may reflect the insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes. |
