| 摘 要： | 合理营养可增进儿童身体发育与健康。我们对哈市两所小学8岁及10岁儿童各30名进行了全年四个季节的营养调查,结果表明,小学生的食物摄入量及食物种类有明显的地区性与季节特点。除铁的摄入量超过供给量标准,其余营养素与热能均明显地低于标准。脂肪生热比过高,三餐热量分配比不适宜,致使儿童营养水平低下,营养缺乏体征检出率高,生长发育受阻。经加食儿童营养面包四个月后,可见到蛋白质、热能、核黄素及钙等营养素对增进儿童生长发育与健康的良好作用。10岁组比8岁组对营养改善的反应更为敏感。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we investigated the nutritional status of 30 children (eight and ten-years old) from two primary schools in four seasons of the year and also studied the effect of nutrients fortification on children health. The results showed that the food intake of children corresponded to the food available in market. Nutrients intake except iron was all less than the recommended dietary allowance. A high incidence of malnutrition sign and a low growth rate in those children were noted. After four months nutrients-fortified bread feeding, the nutritional status of children was improved, especially energy, protein, riboflavin and calcium. The effect of nutrients fortification was more apparent in ten-years old children than in eight-years old. |
