| 摘 要： | 近年来我国医患关系的紧张程度逐年递增．医患纠纷成为阻碍医院发展的主要障碍．而且目前在医患纠纷的解决过程中医院又处于劣势地位。加强和完善医院的相关制度建设，既能为构建和谐的医患关系做出贡献，又为在医患纠纷中维护自身的权利提供了制度保障。 |

| Abstract: | In recent years, the extent of intensity of the relation between hospitals and sufferers constantly increase by degrees in China. The dispute between hospitals and sufferers become the dominating obstacle that block the hospital development. Moreover, in the Course of solving the dispute, the hospital always be inferior position.Reinforcing and perfecting the construction of hospital relating systems, the harmonious relation between hospitals and sufferers would be constructed and vindicating hospital rights would be provided ensuring by system. |
