溴甲烷对家兔周围神经系统电生理变化的毒理学研究

摘    要:观察了溴甲烷急性染毒家兔后遗周围神经电生理的改变。实验组家兔溴甲烷染毒8周后,体感诱发电位表现为,刺激胫后神经引起的皮层和腰髓诱发电位主波波幅下降,皮层主波潜伏期明显长于对照组(P<0.01),四肢肌电图表现为时程延长,幅值升高和多相百分比增加,特别是双侧后肢出现束颤和纤颤的失神经电位及代表神经元损伤的特征性巨大电位。结果提示,急性溴甲烷中毒后对周围神经,特别对脊神经有一定的实质性损害作用。

Abstract:The eletroneurophysiologic changes in rabbits were observed 8 weeks after inhalation of methyl bromide The amplitudes of main waves of the cortical and spinal evoked potentials induced by posterior tibial nerve stimulation were lowered and latencies of cortical evoked potentials were significantly prolongated( P <0 01),compared with that of the control group The electromyogram of four extremities showed a prolongated duration,high amplitude and increased percentage of polyphasic potentials,In paticular,the EMG of contralateral hinder extremities revealed the fasciculation and fibrillation potentials,and macropotentials characteristic of neuron injuries.The results showed that acute methyl bromide poisoning might cause parenchymatous damage of the peripheral nerves,especially,the spinal nerves
