尿石流疏通疗法治疗尿路结石800例临床观察

目的观察尿石流疏通疗法治疗尿路结石的临床疗效。方法1600例尿路结石患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组800例，采用尿石流疏通汤配合体外冲击波碎石术治疗；对照组800例，使用低能量体外冲击波碎石术治疗。观察治疗后肉眼血尿、1个月内结石排净率、5年内结石复发率和5年内高血压发生率。结果治疗组与对照组相比较，治疗后肉眼血尿缩短4．8h，1个月内结石排净率提高肾结石为8.3％、输尿管结石为6．1％、膀胱结石为21．5％，5年内结石复发率减少了3．0％，5年内高血压发生率减少了1．2％。结论尿石流疏通疗法治疗尿路结石，以尿流动力学之原理，取传统中草药通淋排石标本兼治之长，用体外冲击波碎石之功，获尿路结石治愈率提高之效。

Clinical Observation of Urinary Stones Current Unclog Treatment on Urinary Tract Stones in 800 Cases

Objective To observe the efficacy of urinary stones current unclog treatment （USCUT）in treating urinary tract stones. Methods 1600 eases of urinary tract stones patients were randomy divided into USCUT group and control group,There were800 cases in CSCUT group, Urinary stones current unclog dectoction（USCUD）coordinated extracorporeal shock ware lithotripsy（ESWL）. In control group, 800 cases were tread with ESWL. To observe hematuria after treating and the complete discharging rate one month and recurrent rate five year to urinary tract stones were assessed and hypertension hed rate five year. Results With USCUT than that seen hematuria last time shorten 4.8 hours,the complete discharging rate one month after USCUT increased in 8.3% for renal stones and 6.1% for ureter stones and 21.5% for baadder stones,Urinary tract stones recurrent reduced 3.0% five year, Hypertension have rate reduced 1.2% five year. Conclusion The cure well of urinary tract stones were heighten. Because USCUT had used principle of ueodynamics and strong point traditional Chinese herbal medicine differentiation of traditional unclog urinary tract to drop stones and function of ESWL.
