| 摘 要： | 目的 :寻求治疗腓总神经损伤的有效治疗方法 ,以提高治愈率和生活质量 ,降低致残率。方法 :将 97例腓总神经损伤患者随机分为针刺治疗组 (穴取环跳、髀关、阳陵泉等 )和营养神经药物组(口服维生素B1 、腺苷钴胺片)进行对比治疗观察。结果 :针刺组的治愈率为 73 8% ,总有效率为93 8% ,明显高于药物组的 40 6%和 56 2 % ,P <0 0 1。结论 :针刺是治疗腓总神经损伤的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore an effective therapy for injur y of the common peroneal nerve to increase the cured rate, improve life quality an d decrease the deformity rate. MethodsNinety-seven cases of injury of the common peroneal ne rve were ra ndomly divided into the acupuncture group treated by acupuncture at Huantiao (GB 30), Biguan (ST 31) and Yanglingquan (GB 34), and the medicine group treated by oral administration of vitamin B 1 and adenosine cobalamin tablets to compare their therapeutic effects. ResultsThe cure rate and the total effective rate in the acupu ncture group were significantly higher than those in the medicine group (P<0 01). ConclusionAcupuncture is an effective therapy for injur y of the common peroneal nerve. |
