非发酵革兰阴性杆菌临床分布与药敏分析

目的：了解临床常见非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的分布及耐药性的现状，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法：临床标本按常规分离培养，用美国DADE BEHRINGMicroScan分析系统鉴定菌种，药敏试验按NCCLS规定的标准进行。结果：分离出的非发酵革兰阴性杆菌占同期病原菌的20．25％，主要有3种。铜绿假单胞菌最为常见（58．04％），其次为不动杆菌属（21．67％），产碱杆N（9．09％）。铜绿假单胞菌除对第3代头孢菌素（头孢他啶、亚胺培南／西司他丁钠、罗米沙星）敏感性较高，而对其他抗生素敏感性不佳；不动杆菌对阿莫西林／克拉维酸、氨苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素／青霉烷砜、头孢唑啉、庆大霉素敏感性均低于30％。产碱杆菌属对庆大霉素、阿莫西林／克拉维酸、氨苄青霉素、氨苄青霉素／青霉烷砜的敏感性均较低。结论：非发酵革兰阴性杆菌的分离率、耐药性有升高趋势，应根据药敏试验结果选用抗菌药物。
