| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经内镜放置覆膜金属支架治疗晚期食管癌的临床价值。方法：对2003年6月2006年6月在X线辅助下经内镜放置覆膜金属支架治疗的106倒晚期食管癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：106例患者放置支架122例次，操作成功率100％。食管支架置入后能有效缓解患者进食困难症状，2周后进食困难分级评分平均从由3．17级降至1．01级；11例食管气管瘘术后均能完全堵塞食管瘘口，封堵率100％；术后平均生存期8．2个月。结论：经内镜放置覆膜金属支架操作简单、经济、安全，是姑息性治疗晚期食管癌的一种有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma with membrane-covered me- tallic stent.Methods:The clinical data of 106 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma treated with endoscopy from June 2003 to June 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:122 membrane-covered metallic stent were implanted in 106 patients, the success rate was 100%.The degree of dysphasia was reduced from 3.17 grades to 1.01grades.The cure rate for 11 patients with esophagotrachheal fistula was 100%.The mean survival was 8.2months.Conclusion:Implantation of membrane-covered metallic stent is a safe,economical,effective and well-tolerated method for relieving esophageal stricture of advanced esophage- al carcinoma. |
