牛磺酸对锰染毒大鼠纹状体活性钙调素含量的影响

摘    要:目的利用锰染毒大鼠模型,探讨不同剂量牛磺酸对不同剂量锰染毒大鼠纹状体活性钙调素(CaM)含量的影响。方法选取SD健康雄性大鼠,随机分为对照组、锰染毒组(10、15、20 mg/kg 3个剂量组)和干预组(按正交实验设计分9个组)。干预时间结束后,比较各实验组大鼠纹状体活性钙调素含量的变化。结果10 mg/kg锰染毒组的活性CaM含量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各锰染毒组随着染毒剂量的加大,活性CaM含量呈下降趋势。干预组中的牛磺酸剂量为150、200 mg/kg时,对10 mg/kg锰染毒大鼠纹状体活性CaM含量有调节作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论锰可影响大鼠纹状体活性钙调素含量,且其影响与锰染毒剂量有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of taurine on active calmodulin(CaM)content of the striatum tissue in manganese exposed rats.Methods SD male rats were divided randomly into control group,manganese exposed groups(10,15,and 20 mg/kg respectively),and intervened groups(9 groups based on orthogonal design).At the end of experiment,the active CaM contents of the striatum tissues were measured by phosphodiesterase method.Results Active CaM content of the striatum tissues exposed to 10 mg/kg of Mn elevated obviously in comparison with the control group(P<0.05),and the active CaM content of the striatum tissues decreased as dose of manganese increased.150 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg of taurine could decrease active CaM content of the group exposed to 10 mg/kg of Mn(P<0.01).Conclusions Mn could influence the active CaM content of the striatum tissues in rats and the effect varies with the Mn level.
