我国抗疟药使用存在的问题及其对消除疟疾的影响

自2010年实施消除疟疾行动以来,我国疟疾消除工作取得巨大成就,2017年全国首次实现无本地病例报告。以传染源管理为核心的“线索追踪,清点拔源”的消除疟疾总体策略及“1-3-7”监测与响应工作模式发挥了关键作用。为指导各级各地卫生医疗机构合理规范使用抗疟药,原国家卫生与计划生育委员会发布了《抗疟药使用规范》（WS/T485-2016）的卫生行业标准,对抗疟药的使用原则、药物选择及用药方案进行了规定。本文就该规范的具体要求进行解读,并对当前抗疟药使用存在的问题及其对消除疟疾产生的可能影响进行述评,为临床医疗机构进一步规范抗疟药使用提供技术参考。

Problems in the use of antimalarial drugs and their impacts on malaria elimination in China

Objective Since the implementation of the National Malaria Elimination Action Plan (2010-2020) in 2010, great achievements have been made in China with zero indigenous case reported for the first time in the whole country in 2017. The strategy "case tracking, focus clearing” and the "1-3-7" surveillance and response approach have played key roles in malaria elimination programme. In terms of case management of malaria,appropriate use of antimalarial drugs in the hospitals is crucial to case treatment and elimination interruption. Therefore, the former National Health and Family Planning Commission issued the Guideline for Antimalarial Usage (WS/T485-2016) to guide the appropriate use of antimalarial drugs highlighting the principles of drug selection andclinical protocols. This commentary will summary key points of the Guideline, and current problems in the usage of antimalarial drugs as well as its impact on malaria elimination, which would be helpful for doctors to understand the Guideline and correct use of antimalarials.
