河南省公众对结核病互联网信息的需求分析

目的 分析河南省公众对结核病互联网信息的需求，为开展结核病健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法，抽取6个调查点。采用统一问卷对调查点15岁及以上居民进行面对面询问式调查。调查内容包括调查对象一般情况和结核病互联网信息的需求。使用SPSS15.0 软件分析资料，应用χ2 检验和Logistic回归分析，P<0.05 为差异有统计学意义。结果 有16.7%（177/1 057）的调查对象对互联网有需求；“城市”人群（23.5%）、“流动人口”（27.0%）、 “15~19岁年龄组”（57.1%）、“大专及以上”（32.5%）、“在校学生”（50.0%）及 “以往接受过结核病健康教育”（19.1%）对结核病互联网信息的需求最大；“年龄组”（OR=0.948）和 “文化程度”（OR=1.513）是公众对结核病互联网信息需求的主要影响因素；公众喜欢的互联网咨询方式为“搜索引擎”（29.04%）、“医学专业人员在线咨询”（27.81%）和“到医学专业的网站查看”（21.95%）；公众偏好的互联网知识形式是“文字+图片”（36.90%）、“文字+视频”（32.73%）。结论 低年龄组和高文化程度的公众对结核病互联网信息的需求更大，公众喜欢以“搜索引擎”、“医学专业人员在线咨询”的方式得到图文并茂的结核病互联网信息。

Analysis on the demand of internet information for tuberculosis in Henan

Objective To analyze the demand of Internet information of tuberculosis in Henan Province, and to provide evidence for TB health education. Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to extract 6 survey points. Questionnaires were used to investigate face-to-face interviews with residents aged 15 years and over. The survey included general health status and health education needs of TB . SPSS15.0 software, χ2 test and Logistic regression analysis were used, P<0.05 meant the difference was statistically significant. Results There were 16.7% (177/1 057) of respondents on the Internet demand;"City people" (23.5%), "migrating population" (27.0%), "the 15 years old age group" (57.1%)," College degree or above "(32.5%)," students "(50.0%) and" ever received tuberculosis health education "(19.1%) were the maximum demand of Internet information on TB; "Age group" (OR=0.948) and "educational level" (OR=1.513) were the main factors affecting the demand for Internet information; The public liked the Internet consultation way as "the search engine" (29.04%), "the medical professionals online consultation" (27.81%) and "to the medical profession website view" (21.95%); The form of Internet knowledge of public preference was "text + picture" (36.90%), "text + video" (32.73%). Conclusion The lower age group and the high education level of the public demand more information about tuberculosis. The public likes to "search engine"、"medical professionals online consulting" way to get “text + pictures”of tuberculosis Internet information..
