应用ROC曲线分析cTnT和CK-MB对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值

目的应用ROC曲线分析心肌肌钙蛋白T（cTnT）和CK—MB对急性心肌梗死的诊断价值。方法检测心梗组、疑似心梗组和健康对照组的血清cTnT、CK—MB水平，所得数据进行t检验和ROC统计分析。结果心梗组、疑似心梗组和健康时照组的血清cTnT、CK—MB水平两两之间有显著差异。cTnT的ROC曲线下面积为0．918，CK—MB的ROC曲线下面积为0．805，cTnT诊断价值高于CK—MB。结论血清cTnT是诊断急性心肌梗死灵敏而特异的诊断指标，其诊断性能明显优于Ck-MB，CK—MB可作为诊断急性心肌梗死的辅助诊断指标。

Assessment of receiver operator character curves on diagnostic value of cTnT and CK-MB in acute moycardial infaction

Objective To analyze the cardiac troponin T and CK-MB in the diagnosis value of acute myocardial in- faretion（AMI} by receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curves. Methods cTnT and CK-MB was detected in AMI pa- tients, suspected AMI patients and control group. Results There was significant difference in eTnT and CK-MB level in AMI patients, suspected AMI patients and control group. Area under ROC eurve of cTnT was 0. 918, and area under ROC curve of CK-MB was 0. 805. cTnT has more diagnostic value than CK-MB. Conclusion The eTnT is eonfirmed to be the sensitive and specific for detection of AMI, and the eTnT get the better of the CK-MB in the diagnostic peeuliar performanee, CK-MB is confirmed to be the assistant for detection of acute myocardial infarction.
