胃癌中抑癌基因FHIT外显子5纯合性的缺失与突变

摘    要:目的 探讨候选的抑癌基因FHIT外显子5在胃癌中纯合性缺失与突变的情况。方法 用PCR方法研究外显子5的纯合性缺失,用PCR-SSCP研究外显子5的点突变。结果 在32例原发性胃癌中外显子5的纯合性缺合率为9.38%(3/32),没发现外显子5存在点突变。结论FHIT外显子5的缺失在胃癌中不一定占主导地位。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the homozygous deletion and point mutation of FHIT gene exon 5 gastric carcinoma. Methods PCR,PCR SSCP were used to analyze the homozygous deletion and point mutation of FHIT exon 5. Results In the 32 samples of gastric carcinoma, homozygous deletion of FHIT exon 5 was detected in 3 cases with a deletion rate of 9 4% and no point mutation of FHIT exon 5 was found in 32 cases. Conclusion The homozygous deletion and point mutation of FHIT exon 5 may not play an important role during inactivating the FHIT gene of gastric cancer.
