胃癌患者手术前后血清IAP和bFGF的变化及意义

目的探讨胃癌患者手术前后血清中免疫抑制酸性蛋白(IAP)和碱性纤维母细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的变化及其临床意义。方法分别采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)和放射免疫法测定42例胃癌患者手术前后血清IAP和bFGF,并与健康对照组比较分析。结果胃癌组治疗前IAP和bFGF均显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)；且与淋巴结转移和肿瘤临床TNM分期有明显相关性。行根治性手术组术后IAP 和bFGF均显著降低(P＜0.05),而姑息性手术组IAP和bFGF则降低不显著(P＞0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清IAP和bFGF的水平与肿瘤的浸润转移和病程有关,检测胃癌患者血清IAP和bFGF的变化,有助于估计患者的预后。

Changes of serum IAP and bFGF in perioperative patient with gastric cancer,and their significance

Objective To investigate the changes of serum Immunosuppressive acidic protein(IAP) and basic-fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in patient with gastric cancer before and after operation, and evaluate their clinical significance. Methods The contents of serum IAP and bFGF in 42 patients with gastric cancer were detected by ELISA and radioimmunoassay respectively before and after opreration and compared them with that of health controls. Results The contents of serum IAP and bFGF in the patients with gastric cancer before operation were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05). The contents were significant related with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P＜0.05). The contents of IAP and bFGF were significantly decreased in patients with gastric cancer after radical operation (P＜0.05). But there was not significant decrease of the contents of IAP and bFGF in patients with gastric cancer after palliative resection (P＞0.05). Conclusion The contents of serum IAP and bFGF are closely related to tumor invasion, metastasis and clinical stage. Dynamic determination of the contents of serum IAP and bFGF may provide an important index for evalution of invasion, metatasis, efficiacy and progrosis for the patients with gastric cancer.
