胃肠道间质瘤免疫表达的临床病理分析

目的探讨DOG1、CD117和CD34等在胃肠间质瘤中表达的临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化检测40例胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中DOG1、CD117、CD34、SMA、S-100的表达情况。结果 40例GIST中DOG1、CD117、CD34阳性率为97.5%、92.5%、80%。SMA,S-100阳性率分别为7.5%和5%。结论 DOG1和CD117的联合应用在GIST的诊断中可以大大提高敏感性,但是DOG1和CD117表达与GIST的良恶性程度和组织学类型无关。DOG1蛋白是一种较为敏感和特异的GIST辅助诊断抗体,对指导伊马替尼和舒尼替尼等靶向药物的应用有重要意义。

Expression significance of DOG1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective To investigate the expression of DOG1 and CD117 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) and their significance.Methods The expression of DOG1,CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 was detected by immunohistochemical method of Maxvision in 40 cases of GIST.Results Results In the 40 patients,the positive rates of DOG1 CD117,CD34,SMA and S-100 were 97.5% ,92.5% ,80% ,7.5% and 5.0% ,respectively.Conclusion DOG1 and CD117 were sensitive markers for GIST, but their expression was related neither to the malignance nor to the pathological type.
