心理护理在提高肺结核咯血患者护理满意度中的效果研究

目的探讨心理护理在提高肺结核咯血患者护理满意度中的效果。方法选取2012年1月～2013年2月来我院进行治疗的肺结核咯血患者156例，将其分为对照组78例，采用常规护理方法，观察组78例，在常规护理的基础上进行有针对性的心理护理。比较两组患者护理前与护理后的情况。结果护理后观察组患者的康奈尔医学指数总分与心理部分阳性率均低于护理前，并且低于对照组护理后的阳性率（P均〈0．05）。观察组患者在健康教育、服务态度、护理操作水平和基础生活护理方面的满意度均高于对照组患者，两者比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在肺结核咯血患者中实施心理护理，可有效提升患者满意度，减少护患纠纷，值得在临床上推广使用。

Study of mental nursing to improve nursing satisfaction in patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To explore the effect of mental nursing to improve nursing satisfaction in patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 156 patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2011 to February 2013 were selected.156 cases were divided control group （78 cases ）which used usual care and observation group78 cases ） which used targeted psychological care on the basis of routine nursing. Nursing care of the patients in the two groups were compared before and after nursing. Results The total score and the positive rate of mental part of Connell medical index in observation group after nursing were lower than the index before nursing and the positive rate of the control group after nursing （P 〈 0.05）.The satisfaction of Nursing health education, service attitude,nursing operation level and basic life care in observation group were higher than control group. There was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of psychological nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis, which can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce nurse-patient disputes,worthy of promotion in clinical use.
