超声异位妊娠早期超声诊断742例临床分析

摘    要:目的对超声异位妊娠的早期超声诊断进行探析。方法随机选取2008年1月~2013年1月期间我院所收治的742例异位妊娠患者,回顾性分析742例异位妊娠患者的超声误诊情况、声像图表现以及临床资料。结果在异位妊娠的742例患者中,经检查确诊498例患者,192例漏诊,30例误诊。222例超声复查,其中28例异位妊娠破裂型,占据总体的13%,194例异位妊娠未破裂型,占据总体的87%。结论对临床疑似诊断病例的子宫及附件进行超声检查和超声分析,如果超声图像缺乏典型性,则需要详细的追问患者的病史,并且与HCG检查相结合,提出超声检查注意事项及超声复查时间,以有助于早期异位妊娠漏诊率及误诊率的降低。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the early ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Seven hundreds and forty-two cases with ectopic pregnancy admitted into our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013 were randomly selected, the ultrasonic misdiagnosis, uhrasonogram appearance and clinical data of 742 cases with ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 742 cases with ectopic pregnancy, 498 patients were made definite diagnosis by ultrasonic inspection, 192 cases were missed diagnosed, 30 cases were misdiagnosed. In 222 cases of ultrasound reexamination, 28 cases were ruptured ectopic pregnancy, and accounted for 13% of the total, while 194 cases were unruptured ectopic pregnancy, and accounted for 87% of the total. Conclusion The uterus and accessory of clinical suspected diagnosis cases are done ultrasonic inspection and analysis, if the ultrasonic image is non-typical, the detailed medical history inquiry is required, and the ultrasonic inspection notes and ultrasound reexamination time were made to help reducing the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy by combining with hCG examination.
