慢性肺源性心脏病的护理体会

目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病的护理心得。方法将2012年3月～2013年3月期间于我院接受治疗的172例慢性肺源性心脏病患者，在征得患者及家属同意后随机分为对照组及观察组；对照组患者予常规护理，观察组采用综合护理措施，其内容在对照组基础上加气道护理、并发症护理、感染护理、家庭指导等综合护理；治疗结束比较两组患者的治疗效果及对护理措施的满意度。结果（1）观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95．3％，对照组总有效率为77．9％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。（2）观察组患者对护理措施的满意度为100．0％，对照组的满意度67．4％，两组间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过对慢性肺源性心脏病患者采用综合护理，不仅可以明显改善患者的心肺功能，而且对于提高患者的生活质量有重要意义。

Experiences of nursing for chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To discuss the experiences of nursing for chronic pulmonary disease. Methods 172 patients with chronic pulmonary disease received treatment in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given comprehensive nursing with air passage nursing complication nursing infection nursing and family guidance on basis of routine nursing. Curative effects and satisfaction degrees after treatment of both groups were compared. Results （1）Total effective rate of observation group was 95.3% and control group was 77.9% （P 〈 0.05）. （2） Satisfaction degree of observation group was 100.0% and control group was 67.4% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for chronic pulmonary heart disease can not only obviously improve cardio-pulmonary function of patients but also improve their life qualities.
