腋臭术后并发症的原因分析

目的分析腋臭术后并发症的原因。方法回顾性分析2006年6月～2013年1月住院、门诊腋臭手术患者的治疗情况。结果从临床症状上讲获得了满意的效果，但是部分病例仍不能实现一期愈合，出现皮片下积液、积血、皮片坏死、切口裂开，需要长时间换药愈合。结论手术时创面没有彻底止血、患者凝血功能异常、手术中粗暴的操作、肿胀麻醉药物的注射层次不对、患者体形体重对术后加压包扎的影响、患者本人对医嘱的依从性差，都可能造成皮下出血、积液，皮片坏死。

Cause of postoperative complications of underarm odor

Objective To analyze the cause of postoperative complications of underarm odor. Methods The treatment of patients with underarm odor underwent the surgery in outpatient and in-patient department from June 2006 to January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Most of patients obtained satisfactory effects, but some cases still could not achieve primary healing, and appeared such as effusion and hematocele under the skin grafts,skin grafts necrosis,wound disruption,and were dressed to heal for a long time. Conclusion The effect on postoperative compression bandage on no stopping bleeding completely during the operation,dysfunction of blood coagulation in patients,rough operation in the operation,tumescent anesthesia drug being injected into the wrong level,physique and weight in patients and poor patients＇ compliance to the doctor＇s orders can lead to subcutaneous hemorrhage, effusion and skin grafts necrosis.
