| 摘 要： | 目的了解再生障碍性贫血患者的心理健康状况。方法采用自评焦虑量表 (SAS)和艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ )对 5 4例再生障碍性贫血住院患者及 5 0例健康者进行心理检测。结果再生障碍性贫血患者的焦虑标准分 (0 .5 7± 0 .1)高于健康对照组(0 .3 8± 0 .1) (P <0 .0 5 )。再生障碍性贫血患者焦虑发生率 (61.2 % )明显高于对照组 (10 .4% ) (P <0 .0 1)。EPQ结果显示 ,再生障碍性贫血患者的神经质评分显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论再生障碍性贫血患者具有明显的神经质倾向 ,易焦虑、紧张 ,护士在护理过程中应重视患者的负性情绪 ,及时给予调节指导。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the psychological state of patients with aplastic anemia. Methods 54 patients with aplastic anemia and 50 health persons were tested with the questionnaires of SAS and EPQ. Results The score of anxiety and the incidence of anxiety in aplasitc anemia patients were much higher than that in health persons. The score of N in the EPQ was much higher in aplasitc anemia patients than that in health persons. Conclusion Patients with aplastic anemia obviously have the incline of nervosity. It is the nurse' duty to adjust patients' negative emotion to help them recovering from the disease. |
