空气清菌片用于CCU空气消毒的效果观察

目的 研究CCU在室内有人活动情况下使用空气清菌片的消毒效果。方法 在CCU使用空气清菌片，消毒期间室内人员活动不受限制。在消毒前、消毒1h后空气取样32次，常规使用紫外线、苍术消毒后空气取样30次，检测平均空气菌落数，采用t检测，对3种方法进行消毒效果比较；征求病人及家属对清菌片气味的意见。结果 空气清菌片消毒前、消毒1h后比较，有显性差异（P＜0.0001)，达到卫生部规定的Ⅱ类病房空气消毒标准；空气清菌片与紫外线比较，有显性差异（P＜0.0001)；与苍术比较，无显性差异（P＞0.05)，消毒效果接近；消毒效果不受医护人员、患在室内活动限制，但在频繁出入监护室或探视人员增加的情况下影响效果；清菌片气味均能被病人及家属接受。结论 空气清菌片适用于CCU空气消毒，值得推广应用。

Disinfectant effects of actericide air cleaner in CCU

Objective To study the disinfectant effects of the actericide air cleaner (AAC) in coronary care unit (CCU) with non-patients in it. Methods AAC was used for disinfection in CCU with non-patients in it. Air from the CCU was sampled 30 times after conventional sterilization. Air from the CCU was sampled 32 times before disinfection and 1 h after disinfection using AAC. The air germs were recorded in the 3 situations and the data were treated with t-test. Meanwhile, the patients and their relatives were interviewed about the odor of AAC. Results There were significant differences in numbers before disinfection and 1 h after disinfection (P<0. 0001), reaching the air disinfection standard II by Ministry of Public Health. There were significant differences between ACC and conventional disinfections (P<0. 0001), insignificant between ACC and atractylodes (P>0. 05). It was found that the in-room activities of docters,nurses and patients in CCU posed no influence on disinfectant effects, but the frequent in-and-out at CCU did. The odor of AAC was acceptable for the patients and their relatives. Conclusion AAC is applicable to air disinfection in CCU, deserving popularization.
