摘    要:对21例异基因造血干细胞移植病人移植后3个月内外周血T细胞CD3^-CD5^+和CD3^+CD5^+亚群的百分比进行了测定。CD3^-CD5^+细胞作为早期胸腺细胞的标志,在移植后3个月内均低于正常对照,CD3^+CD^+细胞作为成熟T细胞的标志,在移植后2-3个月开始恢复,说明移植后早期(3个月内)T细胞数量的恢复主要依靠成就T细胞的扩增。CD3^+CD5^+细胞在发生急性移植物抗宿主病的病人中

Abstract:To study the reconstituion of the T cell populations after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, the peripheral blood samples obtained at different time points post transplantation in 21 patients were analyzed using CD5 PE and CD3 FITC with flow cytometry. During the first 3 months after transplantation, CD3 -CD5 T cell subsets, representing early thymocytes, remained below normal level, whereas CD3 CD5 T cell subsets, representing mature T cells, regenerated to normal level. In 9 patients who developed acute graft versus host disease (GVHD),the percentage of CD3 CD5 T cell subsets was significantly higher than that in patients who did not develop acute GVHD (P<0.05). These results demonstrated that the early recovery of T cells is mainly due to the expansion of mature T cell populations, and the over expansion of mature T (CD3 CD5 ) cells is responsible for the development of acute GVHD.
