| 摘 要： | 目的探索眼科专科护士的培训模式,促进眼科专科护士的发展。方法拟定眼科专科护士培训课程,对护士进行系统培训后按照眼科学亚专业进行护士专业分组,并按照专业组模式进行临床护理工作。结果护士的理论和技能得分在培训前后差异具有统计学意义(P(0.01)。结论系统的眼科学理论和技能培训,以及护士专业分组的临床实践模式,提升了眼科护士的专业能力,有利于眼科专科护士的培养和发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the training methods of Specialized Nurse （SP） so as to promote the development of specialized ophthalmic nurse. Methods A training course was built for nurses. Alter systemic tralning,the trainees were divided into different groups and provided clinical care to patients according to professional group mode. Results There were significant differences in the scores of theory and practice exams before and after training （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Condusion Systemic training in theory and professional skills and the clinical practice mode of nursing professional groups can upgrade the ability of ophthalmic nurses, which is beneficial for the development and cultivation of SP. |
