胃肠道肿瘤患者外周血及瘤体CD44含量测定的临床意义

为探讨CD44与胃肠道肿瘤的关系，应用流式细胞免疫技术分析了52例胃肠道恶性肿瘤、29例胃肠道良性肿瘤患者外周血及瘤体中CD44的含量。并与正常人对照。发现恶性肿瘤外周血及肿瘤细胞CD44含量明显高于正常人（P<0．001）和良性肿瘤（P<0．001）。后两者外周血CD44含量相差不大（P>0．05）。已有转移者外周血及瘤组织中CD44含量明显高于未转移者（P<0．01）。无转移者根治性手术后外周血CD44含量迅速下降至正常，而已有转移者无论何种手术其CD44含量变化不大，表明CD44可用作胃肠道肿瘤的转移指标，并在早期诊断、治疗方案的选择、疗效观察及预后评估方面有重要临床意义。

A Clincal Research of CD44 Molecule in Gastro--intestinal Neoplasm

To evaluate the relationship between CD44 and gastro-intestinal tumor, the level ofCD44 in peripheral blood and masses were detected by Flow--Cytometry in 52 patients with gastro--intestinal carcinoma and 29 patients with benign tumor, as well as in 20 normal controls. It showedthat CD44 level in peripheral blood and masses of the patients with carcinoma were significantly higherthan in benign tumor and normal controls (P<0.001 ). It was also significantly higher in metastasizedcases. After radical operations,CD44 level of peripheral blood in the patients with early stage gastrointestinal carcinoma reduced to the normal level (P>0.05),while unchanged in the metastasizedcases. In a conclusion,CD44 can be used as a tumor metastatic marker. It is of very important clinicalsignificance in the diagnosis, management of therapy, judgement of curative effect and evaluation ofprognosis for the patients with gastro-intestinal tumor.
