三七药材及其制剂指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的 :应用Rp-HPLC(DAD)对三七药材、提取物及市售主含三七成分的注射液进行指纹图谱研究 ,为含三七主成分的注射液制定指纹图谱奠定基础。方法 :PolarisC18-A分析柱 ,乙腈 水梯度洗脱 ,流速 1.5ml·min-1,检测波长 203nm。结果和结论 :色谱图对三七药材、提取物及市售主含三七成分的注射液中各皂苷类成分均得到很好分离 ,可作为三七药材、提取物及含三七主成分注射液具有专属性的指纹图谱。

Abstract:Objective:A fingerprint of raw material, extracted and injections of radix notoginseng has been studied and provides the quality information.Method:Polaris C18 A column was used, with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The wavelength of measurement was 203nm.Result:According to the selected chromatographic conditions, a good fingerprint of radix notoginseng and its extract, preparation has been described.Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for radix notoginseng and its preparation.
