| 摘 要： | 目的 :神经生长因子 (NGF)侧脑室注射 (injectioncerebralventricle,icv)与腹腔注射 (injectionperitoneal,ip)不同给药法脑保护作用的区别。方法 :用线栓法建立大鼠局部脑缺血模型 ,分别在不同的时间点用icv和ip法分别给于NGF 50ng、50 0ng。TTC法测定梗塞体积 ,Bederson法评定神经功能缺失。结果 :icv法较ip法可明显降低梗塞体积 ,减少神经功能缺失 ,延长治疗时间窗。结论 :通过脑脊液给药是突破血脑屏障有效发挥NGF等神经保护剂作用的可靠途径

| Abstract: | Aim:To comparatively study the effect of NGF in i.c.v and i.p to protect neurons,finding an efficiency way to treat neurological disease.Methods:The models of cerebral ischemia reperfusion in Wistar rats were established with suture occluded,NGF 50ng,500 ng were injected after occluded O h,3 h,6 h,9 h,12 h by i.c.v and i.p.The infarct volume and neurological deficit were estimated by TTC and Bedersion's method.Results:The infarct volume and neurological deficit were reduced significantly,the windows of effective therapy were extended.Conclusion:The method of administration by CSF was an efficient way to break through BBB and improve the effect of NGF. |
