血塞通注射液治疗颈椎病40例

目的探讨血塞通注射液治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将颈椎病患者80例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组用血塞通注射液,对照组用葛根注射液治疗,疗程均为15 d。观察其临床疗效及颈椎痛、颈肩痛、偏头痛等症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为67.5%,对照组为52.5%(P<0.05);两组治疗前后颈椎痛、颈肩痛、偏头痛量表得分情况比较均有明显改善(P<0.01),两组治疗后比较差异有显著意义;药物副作用治疗组明显低于对照组。结论血塞通注射液治疗颈椎病疗效肯定,副作用少。

Clinical Observation of "Xuesaitong Injection" in Treating 40 Cases of Cervical Spondylopathy

Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Xuesaitong Injection" in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with "Xuesaitong Injection" and control group in which 40 cases were treated with "Gegen Injection",with a course of 15 days.Results The total effective rate was 67.5% in treatment group and 52.5% in control group,P < 0.05.After treatment,the clinical symptoms were strikingly improved and fewer side effects were found in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion "Xuesaitong Injection" has positive effects on cervical spondylopathy.
