山豆根合剂治疗痤疮的临床观察

目的观察山豆根合剂配合中药超声冷喷治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法将199例轻中度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组101例采用山豆根合剂配合中药超声冷喷及维A酸霜外涂,对照组98例则采用维A酸霜外涂的方法进行治疗。结果治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为66.34%及48.98%;治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为97.03%及82.65%。二者差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对各类皮损的疗效则表明:该法治疗脓疱的疗效最佳,而治疗丘疹起效最早。结论山豆根合剂配合中药超声冷喷及维A酸霜外涂治疗轻中度痤疮,安全有效,患者耐受性好,值得在临床推广。

Mixture of Root of Subprostrate Sophora Treats the Clinical Observation of Analeptic

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Radix Sophorae tonkinensis Mixture in treatment of slight and moderate acne. Methods 199 patients with mild to moderate acne were divided into two groups at random： treatment group and control group. The 101 cases in treatment group received Radix Sophorae tonkinensis Mixture and ultrasonic cold spray of Chinese Herbal Medicine and topical tretinoin, and the 98 cases in control group received topical tretinoin only.Results At 2 weeks after treatment, Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 66.34% and 48.98%, respectively. At 4 weeks after treatment,Total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 97.03% and 82.65%, respectively. It was remarkable difference compared two groups （P〈0.05）. The clinical curative effect of all the acne lesions shows that the curative effect of pustule was the best,but the curative effect of papula worked earlier.Conclusion Treatment of slight and moderate ache by Radix Sophorae tonkinensis Mixture and ultrasonic cold spray of Chinese Herbal Medicine and topical tretinoin, is effective and safe, well-tolerated. It＇s worth popularizing in clinic.
