| 摘 要： | 压迫延髓的巨大神经鞘瘤临床少见，手术操作难度极大。文章报道1例压迫延髓的巨大神经鞘瘤病例，患者于全身麻醉下成功行脑干区域肿瘤切除术，术后恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Giant schwannoma compressing medulla oblongata is rare. There is a great risk of removal of the tumor. This paper reported a case of giant schwannoma compressing medulla oblongata. Under general anaesthesia, the patient underwent successful tumor resection in brainstem area. The patient experienced favorable recovery. |
