摘    要:目的:了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)病儿血浆纤维结合蛋白(Fn)水平变化与临床意义。方法:免疫透射比浊法检测51例HIE病儿和18例正常足月儿血浆Fn水平。结果:HIE急性期血浆Fn水平明显低于恢复期和对照组,而后二者间无显著性差异;合并颅外脏器损害者血浆Fn水平明显低于单纯性HIE组;中、重度HIE组血浆Fn水平明显低于轻度组和对照组,重度HIE组也明显低于中度组。结论:HIE病儿急性期血浆Fn水平明显降低,随病情加重而更明显,血浆Fn水平可间接反映HIE病情及脏器损害情况。

Abstract:To study the change of peasma fibronectin(Fn) and its clinical significance in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Fifty one neonates with HIE and 18 normal neonates were investigated in this study. Plasma Fn was detected by immune transmission. The level of plasma Fn in observation groupduring acute stage was significantly lower than that during recovery stage orin control group. During recovery stage of HIE, The level of plasma Fn in neonates is no significantly different compared with control group.The level of plasma Fn in patients of HIE with extracerebral organ damage was significantly lowerthan that of simple HIE. Compared with light degree group of HIE, the plasma Fnconcertration was reduce in neonates of middle or heavy degree group. This change was also found between heavy degree group and middle degree group. [Conclusion] During acute stage of HIE the plasma Fnconcentration of neonates was significantly reduce. This change became more significant with exacerbation of the illness. The level of plasma Fn may indirectlyreflect the serious degree of illness and extracerebral organ damage in HIE.
