单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片与缓释胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的比较

目的 :比较单硝酸异山梨酯的缓释片与缓释胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :冠心病心绞痛病人 58例 ,随机分为缓释片组 30例 ,给缓释片60mg ,po ,qd ,共 4wk ;缓释胶囊组 2 8例 ,给缓释胶囊 50mg ,po ,qd ,共 4wk。结果 :缓释片组心绞痛有效率及心电图改善率分别为 93%和 57% ;缓释胶囊组依次为 93%和 61% ,组间比较差别无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5)。 2药不良反应均轻微。结论 :2种单硝酸异山梨酯缓释剂型治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效相近

Sustained release tablet vs capsule of isosorbide-5-mononitrate for angina pectoris associated with coronary heart disease

AIM:To compare the clinical efficacy of one kind of sustained release tablet of isosorbide 5 mononitrate(IS 5 MN)(Chen Gong Zai Jia) and the sustained release capcule (Elantan Long 50) in treating angina pectoris associated with CHD. METHODS: Fifty eight typical angina pectoris patients associated with CHD were randomly divided into tablet group and capsule group. The former was given 60 mg IS 5 MN tablet, po, qd,for 4 wk. The latter was given 50 mg IS 5 MN capsule, po, qd, for 4 wk. RESULTS: The total efficacy rates in relieving angina symptom and improving the ECG parameters of the tablet group were 93% and 57% respectively, the same parameters of the capsule group were 93% and 61% respectively ( P > 0.05 between the two groups). The adverse reactions of the both groups were mild. CONCLUSION: The efficacies of the sustained release tablet and sustained release capsule of IS 5 MN in treating angina pectoris associated with CHD are similar.
