厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效和安全性

目的：评价血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂厄贝沙坦治疗老年原发性轻、中度高血压病的临床疗效和安全性。方法：应用开放性自身前后对照临床研究方法。有42例原发性轻、中度高血压病老年男性患者经过临床2周清洗期后，给予口服厄贝沙坦150mg，每天1次，共服用6周，治疗期间患者不服用其他降压药物。按卫生部规定的降压疗效评定标准评定临床控制血压的疗效和安全性。治疗前后各查1次血清尿素氮、肌酐，尿酸，血清钾、血清钠厦谷丙转氨酶。结果：服药2周后，收缩压和舒张压均有显著下降。6周降压治疗的临床总有效率为88．09％，其中显效为62．16％。用药前后心率检测的比较无明显变化，血清尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸及血清钾、血清钠的比较均无明显变化。临床上不良反应少。结论：厄贝沙坦150mg，每天1次。治疗老年男性轻、中度原发性高血压病有明显临床效果、安全性好。

Efficacy and Safety of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Elderly Hypertension

Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of irbesartan in the treatment of elderl patients with hypertension. Methods: All 42 elderly male patients with hypertesion were givenl50mg q. d. in self-contrast method. The effects and safety were assessed with standardization scales before and 2, 4, 6 weeks after treatment of irbesartan. Results:The assessment of hypertension were significantly decreased in the 2 weeks and much more decreased in the 6 weeks after treatment. Conclusion: It was suggested that irbesartan can effectively decreased the hypertesion in the elderly male patients.
