霍乱弧菌几肿肠毒素基因的检测研究

目的：了解我省分离的霍乱弧菌中几种主要肠毒素基因的携带情况。方法；以地高辛标记基因探针，对我省历年分离的91株霍乱弧菌（包括EVC和VC O139）作霍乱肠毒素基因探针杂交检测。结果：EVC流行株和VC O139菌株中，普遍ctxAB,Zot,Ace等毒素基因，该3种基因的携带率分别达到100％，98．86％，96．59％，而EVC非流行菌株则均不携带上述3种毒素基因。结论：提示EVC流行株和VC O139菌株具备较强的产毒能力，流行性强，应重点加强监测与研究。从ctxAB原RFLP杂交图谱分析，EVC以流行株和VC O1390在遗传特征上具相近的特点，结果均显示2条阳性杂交带。

Study on Several Toxigenes Detection of Vibrio Cholerae

Objective To realize the positive rates of several main toxigenes in the strains of vibrio cholerae isolated in Zhejiang Province.Methods Labeling toxigene probes with Digoxigenin, 91 strain of vibrio cholerae isolated from Zhejiang Province for toxigene were detected.Results Toxigenes such as ctxAB,Zot Ace generally existed in epidemic strains of EVC and VCO\-\{139\} , positive rate of these three genes were separately 100%, 98.86% and 96.59%;these three genes did not exist in non-epidemic strains of EVC.Conclusion It was showed that more attention should be paid to surveillance and study of epidemic EVC and VC O\-\{139\}.Restriction fragment length polymorphism hybridization analysis of ctxAB gene indicated that VC O\-\{139\} was similar to epidemic EVC in hereditary characteristics, there were two copies in both of them.
