外科重症监护室医院感染危险因素分析与护理对策

目的 探讨外科重症监护室(SICU)获得性医院感染的危险因素和感染情况，为降低医院感染的发病率及病死率提供依据。方法 采取回顾性调查方法，对2001年1月～6月我院SICU58例住院病例中23例医院感染病例进行调查分析，制定护理对策。结果 SICU患医院感染率为39．7％，例次感染率为75．9％，千住院日感染率为16．5％，胰腺类疾病和恶性肿瘤感染率高，为18．9％及8．6％。结论 加强消毒灭菌工作，减少侵袭性诊治手段带来的感染机会，有效的护理措施对降低医院感染率有重要的作用。

Analysis of Risk Factors of Iatrogenic Infection in Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Its Strategy of Nursing

Objective To explore the risk factor and status of iatrogenic infection in Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) hoping to reduce the incidence of infection and death rates in the hospital. Method Data of fifty eight cases admitted in the hospital from January to June 2001 were collected and analyzed, and strategy of nursing was designed. Results The incidence of iatrogenic infection in SICU was 39.7%, and the infection rates in patients with pancreatic disease and malignant tumor were 18.9% and 8.6% respectively. Conclusion Intensification sterilization, reduction of the use of invasive method of diagnosis and treatment that is the possible sourse of infection and effective nursing care have important rule in reducing the incidence of iatrogenic infection.
