舒适护理对卵巢癌化疗患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨舒适护理模式对卵巢癌化疗患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法：选取我院2010年11月至2012年12月收治的48例卵巢癌化疗患者为研究对象，根据有无开展舒适护理将卵巢癌化疗患者分为A组和B组，A组患者仅接受常规护理模式指导下的卵巢癌护理措施，而B组患者则接受舒适护理模式指导下的护理措施，比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪和生活质量。结果：B组患者焦虑标准分（41．29＆#177;4．53）分、抑郁标准分（42．45＆#177;4．46）分明显低于A组的（P＜0．05），而B组患者生活质量总分（92．45＆#177;5．46）明显高于A组患者的，差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论：舒适护理活动能够明显降低卵巢癌化疗患者的焦虑抑郁程度，提高患者的生活质量。

The Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Negative Emotions and the Quality of Life of Patients with Ovarian Cancer during Chemotherapy

Objective：To investigate effect of comfortable nursing on the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer during chemotherapy .Method：Forty-eight chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer treated in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research ob-jects.They were divided into group A and group B according to carrying out the comfortable nursing interven-tion measures , patients in group A were given routine nursing measures ,patients in group B were given nurs-ing measures under the guidance of the comfortable nursing mode .The scores of anxiety and depression and the quality of life were evaluated.Result：The scores of anxiety（41.29＆#177;4.53） and depression（42.45＆#177;4.46） in group B were lower than those in group A （P＆lt;0.05）,the scores of the quality of life（92.45＆#177;5.46） in group B were higher than those in group A （ P＆lt;0.05） .Conclusion：The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the comfortable nursing mode can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer ,improve the patient＆#39;s quality of life .
