子宫动脉阻断术在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中的应用价值分析

目的：观察分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术中使用子宫动脉阻断技术的方法和治疗效果。方法选取2009年12月～2012年12月我院腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术患者100例为临床研究对象，患者均无生育要求，根据患者的不同治疗方法将患者分为两组，患者均知情同意。对照组患者使用常规腹腔镜下子宫切除，实验组患者在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术中使用子宫动脉阻断术，比较两组患者手术情况。随访患者3个月，比较患者术后卵巢储备功能。结果两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术后高温比较差异不明显（P＞0.05）；实验组患者术后并发症低于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组术后3个月，FSH、LH及抑制素与对照组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术中使用子宫动脉阻断技术能够降低术后并发症，促进患者康复，且手术对卵巢功能无明显的影响，是一种较好的治疗方法。

Investigation on application value of uterine artery occlusion surgery in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy

Objective To observe and analyze the methods and therapeutic effect of uterine artery occlusion techniques in the application of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy. Methods 100 patients with laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in our hospital from December 2009 to December 2012 were selected as the clinical study objects, who had no fertility requirements and divided into the two groups according to the different treatment methods of patients, all patients were informed consent. The patients of the control group were given conventional laparoscopic hysterectomy, while the patients in the experimental group were given uterine artery occlusion surgery in laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy, and the operation conditions of patients in the two groups were compared. All patients were followed up 3 months, and the ovarian reserve function of patients after surgery were compared. Results There were not obvious differences in the operative time, perioperative blood loss, postoperative high temperature of patients between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.There were significant differences in the FSH, LH and inhibin of patients after three months of operation between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uterine artery occlusion techniques in the application of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can reduce the postoperative complications, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and has no significant impact on ovarian function, and it is a better method of treatment.
