手术压疮的预见性护理管理研究

目的：探讨预防和减少术中压疮发生的护理管理方法。方法将2012年10月～2013年9月在我院施行手术的患者237例作为观察组，对其发生压疮的风险进行全面评估并实施预见性护理管理。将2011年10月～2012年9月在我院行手术而未给予压疮风险预见性护理管理的患者195例作为对照组。对比两组患者急性压疮发生率及程度。结果对照组急性压疮发生率为5.13%（10/195），高于观察组1.26%（3/237），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对手术患者进行预见性的全面评估压疮发生风险，并实施有效的护理，可预防手术压疮的发生。

Study on predictive nursing management in intraoperative pressure ulcer

Objective To explore the nursing management method of preventing and reducing the incidence of intraoperative pressure ulcer. Methods The risk of pressure ulcer of 237 patients with operation in observation group from Oct. 2012 to Sep. 2013 were assessed.The preventive nursing management was used in observation group. 195 patients with operation in control group from Oct. 2011 to Sep. 2012 were not received nursing management. The incidence rate and degree of the pressure ulcer in two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of pressure ulcer in observation group was 5.13%（10/195）,which was higher than 1.26%（3/237） in controll group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Predictive allover assessment and effective nursing management can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer in patients with operation.
