老年脑梗死患者心肌酶水平与脑梗死严重程度的相关性探讨

目的：探讨老年脑梗死患者心肌酶水平与脑梗死严重程度的相关性。方法：选取2009年3月至2013年4月收治的110例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组，以90例同期我院健康体检者作为对照组，比较两组患者心肌酶水平。同时根据脑梗死严重程度进行分组，比较观察组组间心肌酶水平差异。结果：观察组AST、CK、LDH及CK-MB水平均显著高于对照组（ P＜0．01），不同神经功能缺损程度患者各项心肌酶指标比较均有明显差异（ P＜0．05），随着程度增加而逐渐升高，意识障碍组患者各项心肌酶指标均较无意识障碍组显著增高（ P＜0．01），具有统计学意义。结论：急性脑梗死患者心肌酶水平随着病情严重程度升高而增加，心肌酶指标可作为评价脑梗死严重程度及预后的重要指标。

Relevance between Myocardial Enzyme Level and Cerebral Infarction Severity of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Objective：To explore the relevance between myocardial enzyme level and cerebral infarction severity of elderly patients with cerebral infarction .Method：110 patients with acute cerebral infarction trea-ted in our hospital from March 2009 to April 2013, were selected as the observation group , and 90 healthy controls in our hospital were selected as the control group .Myocardial enzyme level of two groups was com-pared.And the patients were assigned according to the severity of cerebral infarction .And the difference of myocardial enzyme level in the observation group was compared .Result：AST, CK, LDH and CK-MB level of the observation group were higher evidently that those of the control group （P＆lt;0.01）.There was evident difference for myocardial enzyme indexes of patients with different neurological function deficiency scales （ P＆lt;0.05） , and it increased with the increasing of the degree .The myocardial enzyme indexes of the group with disturbance of consciousness increased evidently （ P＆lt;0.01） , which had statistical significance .Conclusion：The higher of myocardial enzyme level of patients with cerebral infarction , the more severity of illness .Myo-cardial enzyme can be used as an important index of evaluating the severity of cerebral infarction and progno -sis.
