高血压糖尿病患者发生脑出血的护理干预

目的：探讨高血压糖尿病患者发生脑出血的护理干预方法。方法选择患者80例，分为两组，各40例，观察组使用本研究护理方法，对照组则实施一般护理、气道管理、健康教育等常规护理，比较两组患者术后血糖控制情况以及住院期间发生的高血压、低血压、高血糖和低血糖情况。结果观察组空腹血糖和餐后2h血糖均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组治疗期间发生高血压、低血压、高血糖和低血糖的比率均显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论有效的护理干预措施能更好地维持患者血糖稳定和血压稳定，减少并发症的发生，提高患者预后。

Nursing methods for cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension

Objective To explore the nursing methods for cerebral hemorrhage with diabetes mellitus combined with hypertension. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each group had 40 cases,the observation group was used the nursing method with this research,the control group was implemented general care,such as airway management,health education and routine nursing,then postoperative blood glucose control and low blood pressure of hypertension, hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia situation duration of hospital stay were compared. Results The observation group with fasting blood glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose were lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）,the rate of hypotension,hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia were less than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can maintain stable blood glucose and blood pressure with cerebral hemorrhage,and it can also reduce the complications,so it can improve the patients prognosis.
