替吉奥术前同步放化疗治疗局部晚期直肠癌疗效观察

目的评价替吉奥方案术前同步放化疗治疗局部晚期直肠癌的疗效和安全性。方法将临床分期为T3-4的直肠癌患者分为观察组（A）和对照组（B）。观察组42例行术前放疗，同步口服替吉奥化疗。对照组39例直接手术。结果A、B组根治性切除率分别为81．0％和51．3％（P〈0．01），保肛率分别为64．3％和25．6％（P〈0．01），3年局部复发率分别为21．7％和43．5％（P〈0．01）。结论替吉奥方案术前同步放化疗是局部晚期直肠癌较好的综合治疗措施。

Efficacy of preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy of S-1 in treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer

Objective ] To evaluate the safety and efficacy of preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy of S-1 in treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer. Method ] The patient with T3-4 rectal tumors were divided into group A and group B. Forty two patients in group A were treated by radiotherapy and concomitant oral S-1 before surgery. Thirty nine patients in group B received surgery alone. Results ] Radical surgery rate was 81.0% in group A and 51.3% in group B （P〈0.01）. The rate of sphincter preservation was 64.3% in group A and 25.6% in group B （P〈0.01）. Three years local recurrence rate was 21.7% in group A and 43.5% in group B （P〈0.01）. Conclusions ] Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy of S-1 are reasonable ways for adjuvant therapy on rectal cancaer.
