阿托伐他汀对老年高血压患者血清血管紧张素及其受体的影响观察

目的：观察阿托伐他汀对老年高血压患者血清血管紧张素及其受体的影响。方法：选取2010年2月至2013年1月于本院进行治疗的78例老年高血压患者为研究对象，将78例患者随机分为对照组（辛伐他汀组）39例和观察组（阿托伐他汀组）39例，然后将两组患者治疗前与治疗后1周、2周、4周的血清血管紧张素及其受体水平进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后1周、2周、4周的血清血管紧张素及其受体水平均低于治疗前，且均低于对照组治疗后1周、2周与4周的水平，P 均＜0．05，均有显著性差异。结论：阿托伐他汀对老年高血压患者血清血管紧张素及其受体的影响较大，更有助于改善患者的高血压状态。

Observation on the Effect of Atorvastatin on the Serum Angiotensin and its Receptor of Elderly Patients with Hypertension

Objective：To observe the effect of atorvastatin on the serum angiotensin and its receptor of elderly patients with hypertension .Method：78 elderly patients with hypertension in our hospital from Febru-ary 2010 to January 2013 were the research object , and 78 cases were randomly divided into control group （simvastatin group,39 cases） and observation group（atorvastatin group, 39 cases）,then the serum angioten-sin and its receptor of two groups before the treatment and at first ,second and forth week after the treatment were compared .Result：The serum angiotensin and its receptor of observation group at first ,second and forth week after the treatment were all lower than those before the treatment ,and those indexes were all lower than those of control group ,all P＆lt;0.05,there were all significant differences .Conclusion：The influence of atorv-astatin on the serum angiotensin and its receptor of elderly patients with hypertension is great ,and it is more helpful for the improvement of hypertension state of patients .
