葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿冬季腹泻疗效观察

目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿冬季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将梅州市平远县人民医院2011年6月-2013年6月收治入院的168例小儿冬季腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规支持治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予葡萄糖酸锌。记录两组患儿腹泻停止时间。结果治疗组显效60例,有效18例,总有效率92.86%;对照组显效51例,有效14例,总有效率77.38%,两组之间差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.126,P〈0.05）;两组患儿呕吐消失时间、腹泻消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、纠正脱水时间、住院天数,经统计学处理,两组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患儿1个月、2个月、3个月再次发生腹泻的例数及发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论口服葡萄糖酸锌治疗小儿冬季腹泻临床疗效确切，同时可以在短期内预防腹泻的再次发生。

Efficacy of Zinc gluconate in treatment of winter diarrhea in children

【Objective】To investigate the clinical efficacy of zinc gluconate in treatment of children with winter diarrhea. 【Methods】168 cases of infantile diarrhea in winter in our hospital in 2011 June to 2013 June were enrolled, and randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were given conventional treatment, the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the given glucose acid zinc. Records of two groups of children with diarrhea stopping time. 【Results】 The treatment group 60 cases, effective in 18 cases, the total efficiency of 92.86%; control group 51 cases, effective in 14 cases, the total efficiency of 77.38%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（χ2= 8.126, P〈0.05）; the two group were vomiting disappear time diarrhea, stool, the disappearing time of recovery time, hospitalization time, correcting dehydration, statistically, there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）; the number of cases of treatment group was 1 months, 2 months, 3 months again diarrhea incidence and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】oral zinc gluconate exact therapeutic effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in winter, at the same time can prevent the recurrence of diarrhea in the short term.
