新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床有效性及安全性。方法将我院收治的60例新生儿肺透明膜病患儿随机分为观察组(给予新生儿流量cPAP呼吸机治疗)和对照组(给予常规机械通气治疗),对比观察两组患儿的治疗情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿呼吸困难改善时间、平均氧疗时间、住院时间及住院费用等情况明显优于对照组(P〈0.05),且出现鼻中隔受损及肺部感染等不良反应发生率(13.3%)明显低于对照组(60哟,差异对比具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新生儿流量CPAP呼吸机治疗新生儿肺透明膜病的临床疗效显著,可使患儿呼吸困难症状得到快速缓解,不良反应发生较少,使患儿住院时间明显缩短,是一种安全、经济、有效的治疗方法,值得在临床上广泛应用和推广。

Abstract: Objective ]-To investigate the flow of CPAP ventilator in thetreatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease of newborn the clinical effectiveness and safety. Methods ] to divide randomly 60 cases of hyaline membrane disease of newborn infants in our hospital as the observation group (given to newborn flow CPAP ventilator therapy) and the control group (treated with conventional mechanical ventilation), incidence of treatment and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups of children with. Results ] the observation group with dyspnea improved time, average duration of oxygen therapy, length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05), and the adverse reactions of nasal septal damage and pulmonary infection rate (13.3%) was significantly lower than the control group (60%), the difference was statistically significant correlation (P〈0.05). Conclusion ] the therapeutic effect of neonatal flow CPAP ventilator in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease significantly, can make children get rapid relief of dyspnea, adverse reactions less, and the time of hospitalization is shortened obviously. It is a kind of treatment method and it is safe, economic, effective, and worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
