超声下测量宫颈长度与内口宽度在预测早产中的应用价值

目的：探讨超声下测量宫颈长度与内口宽度应用于早产预测的效果，为临床推广做出指导。方法选择2010年2月～2013年2月来我院进行产检的先兆早产的初产妇158例为研究对象，测量产妇的宫颈长度与内口宽度，观察测量结果与随访妊娠结局的关系。结果（1）158例产妇中55例发生早产（34.81%），103例（65.19%）为足月产；其中早产产妇的宫颈长度明显短于足月产妇，早产产妇的宫颈内口宽度明显长于足月产妇，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）早产的发生率与产妇的宫颈长度呈反比，与宫颈内口的宽度呈正比。结论超声下测量宫颈长度与内口宽度能够较为准确的预测早产的发生情况，值得临床广泛推广。

The application value of ultrasonography measuring the cervical length and cervical os width in the use of prediction premature delivery

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonography measuring the cervical length and cervical os width in the use of prediction premature delivery,which made guidance for clinical treatment. Methods 158 cases early maternal admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were selected,and the cervical length and cervical os width were measured.The relationship of pregnancy outcome and measurement results were observed. Results（1）55 cases puerpera were premature delivery and 103 cases puerpera were term birth .The cervical length of premature delivery puerpera were shorter than that of term birth puerpera,and the cervical os width of premature delivery puerpera were longer than that of term birth puerpera,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;（2）The incidence of premature delivery was inversely proportional to cervical length and the incidence of premature delivery was proportional to cervical os width. Conclusion Ultrasonography measuring the cervical length and cervical os width can accurately predict the occurrence of premature delivery,which is worthy of clinical widely.
