二维超声斑点追踪技术评价精神分裂症并发代谢综合征患者颈动脉的变化特征

摘    要:目的:应用二维超声斑点追踪技术检测精神分裂症并发代谢综合征( MS)患者颈动脉,探讨其颈动脉结构的变化和特征。方法精神分裂症并发MS患者100例为观察组,体检健康者100例为对照组,采用二维超声斑点追踪技术测量两组双侧颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT),颈动脉收缩期内径(Ds)和舒张期内径(Dd),收缩期最大流速(PSV)和舒张末期流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI),对比两组斑块检出情况。结果观察组IMT、Ds、Dd明显大于对照组,PSV、EDV、RI、PI均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组共检出斑块52个,斑块检出率52.00%;对照组共检出斑块31个,斑块检出率为31.00%,观察组斑块检出率明显高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论二维超声斑点追踪技术可以准确评价精神分裂症并发MS患者颈动脉的变化特点,定期对患者进行检测,可为预测其发生心脑血管疾病提供超声学依据。

Assessment of Carotid Artery Changes in Schizophrenia Patients with Metabolic Syndrome by Two-Dimensional Ultrasound Speckle Tracking Technology

Abstract:Objective To apply the two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technology to testing carotid artery of schizophrenia patient with metabolic syndrome ( MS) ,and to explore the structural changes and characteristics of the patient′carotid artery.Methods One hundred schizophrenia patients with MS as observation group ,100 health volunteers as control group ,the two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technology was used to measure bilateral common carotid arteries,intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid artery systolic(Ds) and diastolic diameter (Dd),peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV),resistance index(RI) and pulse index(PI) in two groups,and the plaque detection rates were compared between two groups .Results IMT, Ds, Dd in the observation group were significantly larger than the controls ,but PSV,EDV,RI and PI were significantly smaller than the controls (P〈0.05). There were 52 plaques detected in the observation group , the plaque detection rate was 52 .00%;There were 31 plaques in the control group ,the plaque detection rate was 31 .00%,the plaque detection rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P〈0.05) .Conclusion The two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technology can accurately detect the characteristics of carotid changes of schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome . Regular testing for the patients might provide ultrasonics basis for the prediction of cardiovascular diseases .
