PFNA微创治疗高龄不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折临床观察

目的：探析PFNA微创法对高龄不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床效果。方法：入选112例高龄不稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分入两组各56例，治疗组行PFNA微创治疗，对照组行PFN法治疗，比较两组患者的手术时间、并发症、骨折愈合时间等评价疗效。结果：治疗组优良率显著高于对照组（91％vs．79％，P＜0．05），并发症发生率显著低于对照组（7％vs．34％，P＜0．05），预后显著优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论：采用微创PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折，容易操作，愈合较快，疗效确切，感染等并发症少，值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of PFNA Minimally Invasive Treatment for Elderly Patients with Unstable Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective：To study the clinical effect of PFNA minimally invasive treatment for elderly pa-tients with unstable intertrochanteric fractures .Method：112 cases of elderly patients with unstable femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups , 56 cases in each group , treatment group received PFNA therapy , the control group received PFN therapy , and then compared operation time , complications , fracture healing time and curative time of two groups .Result：The excellent rate of the treat-ment group was significantly higher than that in control group （ 91%vs 79%, P＆lt;0.05 ） , the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group （7%vs 34%, P ＆lt;0.05）, the prognosis was better than the control group （P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion：Minimally invasive PFNA in the treatment of intertrochan-teric fractures in elderly patients is easy to operate , heal faster , curative effect is exact , with less infection or other complications , worthy of clinical application .
