孟鲁司特佐治儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果及对血清中促炎介质的影响

目的探讨孟鲁司特佐治儿童过敏性紫癜的临床效果及对血清中白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、白细胞介素-12（IL-12）和白细胞介素-18（IL-18）的影响,以期为临床工作提供支持。方法收集我院确诊的98例过敏性紫癜患儿,依患儿的入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,观察组共49例,在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗;对照组共49例,应用常规治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗后血清中IL-6、IL-8、IL-12和IL-18的变化。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,观察组治疗后血清中IL-6、IL-8、IL-12和IL-18的表达明显低于对照组。结论孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜患儿的临床疗效明显,治疗后的复发率低且能显著降低血清中促炎介质的含量,临床可以积极应用。

The clinical effect and the expressions of inflammatory mediators by Montelukast in children with anaphylactoid purpura

Objective To observe the curative effect,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 change by Montelukast in children with anaphylactoid purpura,for investigating the clinical significance.Methods Ninty-eight children with anaphylactoid purpura were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(49 cases) was treated by routine treatment,and the observation group(49 cases) was treated by routine treatment and montelukast.The efficacy and the changes of IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 in two groups were observed.Results The effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group.The expressions of IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment.Conclusion Montelukast can improve the curative effect,regulate the expressions of IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 in children with anaphylactoid purpura.Montelukast should be recommended in clinical treatment.
