我国药品监督的发展与现状

我国药品监督工作经过60多年的不断发展,经过几代药监工作者的不懈努力,已逐步形成了国家、省、地市、县四级药品监督体系和一套较系统的药品检验工作程序.本文主要对我国药品监督发展的历史和现状进行了简述,重点从药品技术监督体系的人力资源、基础设施、硬件设施和基本装备等方面的研究成果以及存在的问题展开论述,为进一步深入研究药品技术监督体系打下基础.

The Current Situation and the Development of Drug Supervision in China

After 60 years of continuous development and with the unremitting efforts of several generations of drug administration work ers,China’s drug supervision work has gradually formed a four-level drug supervision system which consistes of the ranks of the nation,province,city and county.And a more systematic pharmaceutical inspection procedures has also been shaped.This article sketches the history and current status of China’s drug supervision,focusing on the drug technical supervision system’s research results and the ex isting problems.The drug technical supervision system is to be expounded from the aspects of human resources,infrastructure,hardware,the basic equipment and so on.This paper aims to lay a foundation for our future study of the drug technical supervision system.
