腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管对不孕的诊治的临床观察

目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管对不孕的诊治的临床疗效。方法选取2009年2月至2011年1月在我院就诊输卵管性不孕患者116例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗,对照组采用宫腹腔镜联合输卵管疏通术治疗,比较两组疏通率、半年后阻塞率和宫内妊娠率。结果两组输卵管疏通率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组半年后阻塞率低于对照组,宫内妊娠率高于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管逆行插管治疗输卵管性不孕有一定的优势,要考虑患者的综合因素选择适合的治疗方式。

Clinical Observation of Laparoscopic Retrograde Catheterization of Fallopian Tube in Diagnosis and Treatment of Infertility

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic retrograde catheterization of fallopian tube in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods 116 patients with tubal infertility in our hospital from February 2009 to January 2011 were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received the laparoscopic retrograde catheterization of fallopian tube, while the control group received the tubal recanalization under hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The dredging rate, blocking probability of 6 months after the treatment and intrauterine pregnancy rate of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the dredging rate (P >0.05). The blocking probability of 6 months after the treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the intrauterine pregnancy rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic retrograde catheterization of fallopian tube in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility has good clinical effect. The therapy methods should be selected according to patients’ integrative factors.
