腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的效果比较

目的通过比较腹腔镜和传统开腹手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床效果，探讨治疗早期子宫内膜癌的有效方法。方法选择子宫内膜癌腹腔镜手术组的23例患者的临床资料与传统开腹手术23例进行对照。比较两组临床效果。结果腹腔镜手术组患者术中出血量、术后并发症、术后肠道恢复、平均住院时间等方面与传统开腹组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在掌握手术适应症的情况下，腹腔镜手术比开腹手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的疗效好。值得推广选择。

Clinical outcomes of laparoscopic surgery versus laparoscopic for early endometrial cancer

Objective To compare with the traditional laparoscopic surgery for the open early endometrial cancer clinical effect,this paper discusses the endometrial cancer early treatment method.Methods Choose endometrial cancer likely 23 patients laparoscopic clinical data and traditional open surgery 23 patients comparing compare two sets of clinical effect.Results Laparoscopic operation group of patients,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative complications,postoperative intestinal recovery,he average length of time with respect to the open group and the difference t was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion In the mastery of operation indications,laparoscopic surgery than open surgery treatment early endometrial cancer has good curative effect,choose is worthy to be popularized.
